Immu Optimizer Complex
An all-natural immune system booster for prevention and support in this world’s current pandemic virus.
The coronavirus is not a virus that was born in the past few months. This is not the first, nor will it be the last of its type. Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that are common in people and animals. They were first identified by research scientists over 20 years ago and there is enough data about the physiological structure, plus the way they multiply and operate, to learn its patterns and how they affect the body. Because of our experience in dealing with and developing formulations against many types of viruses over the past 25 years, including influenza, Ebola, and Coronaviruses, and with all of the existing research and medical data to date, we have been able to create a successful proprietary composition that can prevent and treat such pandemic viruses as are currently seen in the world.

For preventative measures: Immue-Optimizer Complex can be used to strengthen the immune systems of normally functioning adults and children. Children and adults are recommended to take 2 capsules daily.
For best results and ongoing health, the immunity boosters should be taken throughout the flu seasons, and definitely as long as contact with other potentially sick people occurs, and in places where germs are easily spread.
If an infectious disease is present:
● Adults are recommended to take 3 capsules, 3 times per day
● Children are recommended to take 2 capsules, 3 times per day
● If you become infected, take the higher recommended doses for approximately 10 days, and then return to the lower preventative doses for continued immune system strength.
Packaging:
Current packaging includes 90 capsules per bottle, which is a one-month supply for preventative measures, and a 10-day supply for infected individuals. Summary of medical findings from Immue-Optimizer Complex’s ingredients testing: Immue-Optimizer Complex ‘s uses double herbal ingredients which contain known immunomodulatory (known to activate the immune system) properties. Evidence from numerous in vitro and animal studies indicates that: Immue-Optimizer Complex ‘s ingredients act through tolllike receptors to stimulate both innate and acquired immunity and enhance immune responses to viral infections. For example, in a study of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (cells that make up the majority of the human body that are prone to virus and infection) cultured with live influenza virus, Immue-Optimizer Complex ‘s ingredients were found to enhance the production of natural killer cells. In another study, Immue-Optimizer Complex ‘s ingredients increased the expression of macrophage cells (human cells that fight infection) cultured with influenza. Daily administration of Immue-Optimizer Complex ‘s ingredients for 6 weeks to mice with viral-induced leukemia was found to increase the proportions of macrophage and NK cells (cells that play a major role in the body’s rejection of tumors) in the bone marrow and spleen of treated animals. Clinical efficacy of Immue-Optimizer Complex ‘s ingredients has also been demonstrated for the prevention and treatment of viral upper respiratory infections (URIs), in particular, influenza, in healthy adults, as well as institutionalized and community-dwelling seniors.
Supporting Data:
There is an abundance of time-tested research documenting the efficacy and success of using natural ingredients for health, both from preventative and treatment perspectives, when the knowledge is used and channeled correctly. A few very brief examples are provided here, and countless more can be made available upon request.
1. Influence of polyphenols as anti-influenza virus activity
Polyphenols (information source)
2. Influence of flavonoids as anti-influenza activity
Flavonoids are micronutrients derived through certain plant-based foods. They're packed with antioxidants and other potential health benefits. Flavonoids are a diverse group of phytonutrients (plant chemicals) found in almost all fruits and vegetables. They help our bodies function more efficiently while protecting against toxins and common diseases linked to modern foods and lifestyle. Flavonoids are powerful antioxidants, which means they help our bodies fight off potentially harmful molecules with anti-inflammatory and immune system benefits. Inflammation is one of our body’s automatic immune responses. Allergens, germs, toxins, and other irritants can trigger inflammation that results in problematic symptoms and extreme discomfort in affected areas. Flavonoids may help our bodies dismiss that inflammatory reaction so that those symptoms are reduced. (information source)
3. Use of peptides as immune system boosting agent
Peptides are the building blocks that make up protein. In the human body, peptides are found in every cell and tissue and perform a wide range of essential functions. Maintenance of appropriate concentration and activity levels of peptides is necessary to achieve homeostasis and maintain health. (information source)

Panax Quinquefolius
A family of microbes accountable for diseases is called microbial pathogenicity. A pathogen is a microbe that may produce disease, and the host is an infected organism. A viral or bacterial infection is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. This is due to the lack of medicines to combat these infectious diseases. As new contagious diseases emerge, the old ones that were considered to be controlled are re-emerging. Microbes have persisted to adapt, re-adapt, challenge, and survive in the last few decades. Viruses produce respiratory infections by expediting secondary infections, assisting bacterial colonization, adherence, and translocation through the respiratory cells’ epithelial barrier. Air pollution is the most significant cause of respiratory tract infections due to urbanization and industrial development. Clinical features do not distinguish the bacterial and viral infections, but they do have different treatment regimes.
Panax quinquefolius L. (American ginseng), Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer (Korean ginseng), and Panax notoginseng (Chinese ginseng) are the best traditional species of ginseng. They have been shown to possess the potential to improve overall health conditions and mitigate disease symptoms; therefore, these species of ginseng draw special attention.
Ginseng is comprised of several pharmacologically active ingredients, such as saponins, phytosterols, acidic polysaccharides, amino acids, nitrogenous substances, polyphenolic compounds, polyacetylenes, vitamins, and minerals. These can treat, alleviate, and offer protection against various diseases.
In many infectious diseases, ginsenosides and ginseng increase Th cells’ immune response by improving the cytokines production of Th1 (IL-2, TNF-α, IFN-γ,) and Th2 (IL-4, IL-10, and IL-13). Ginseng inhibits bacterial infection in mice by increasing serum antibodies IgG1 and IgG2a. The efficacy of ginseng in human clinical trials has been proved via in vivo and in vitro experiments, demonstrating an improved immune response against infections. Ginseng-induced nitric oxide production relaxes the airways and also contracts smooth muscles. Anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects have been exhibited by the Ginsenoside Rh2 (G-Rh2), an active ingredient of ginseng. G-Rh2 has been shown to control allergic airway inflammation by regulating NF-κB activation and p38 MAPK phosphorylation. Ginsenoside Rg3 suppresses the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-9) activity and inhibits oxidative stress (superoxide, NO and iNOS). Ginsenoside RG-II increased pro-inflammatory interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) levels, but lowered the production of IL-4.
On 11 March 2020, the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Five pandemics have been globally circulated by a virus since 1918. COVID-19 emerged as the third coronavirus in the past two decades. The previous two acute respiratory syndromes, (SARS)-CoV and the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS)-CoV, were responsible for severe health issues. Coronavirus spread worldwide from human to human through droplets of infected patients’ sneezing and coughing. The common symptoms of COVID-19 are a cough, chest tightness, dyspnea, and fatigue, further manifesting into septic shock or sepsis which could cause death. Panax ginseng may be useful here as an immunomodulator and for preventive and supportive therapy.
As a treatment for upper respiratory tract diseases, ginseng has been used for thousands of years. Ginseng is capable of binding to the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor. ACE2 is not the only entry receptor of the coronavirus. COVID-19 might be treated by inhibiting excessive immune cell activation and cytokine production, so ginseng may enhance the immune response, as it has cytokine-modulation activity. Vitamin C
The immune system is a multifaceted and sophisticated network of specialized organs, tissues, cells, proteins, and chemicals, which has evolved in order to protect the host from a range of pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites, as well as cancer cells. It can be divided into epithelial barriers, and cellular and humoral constituents of either innate (non-specific) and acquired (specific) immunity. These constituents interact in multiple and highly complex ways. More than half a century of research has shown vitamin C to be a crucial player in various aspects of the immune system, particularly immune cell function.
Vitamin C is an essential micronutrient for humans, with pleiotropic functions related to its ability to donate electrons. It is a potent antioxidant and a cofactor for a family of biosynthetic and gene regulatory enzymes. Vitamin C contributes to immune defense by supporting various cellular functions of both the innate and adaptive immune system. Vitamin C supports epithelial barrier function against pathogens and promotes the oxidant scavenging activity of the skin, thereby potentially protecting against environmental oxidative stress. Vitamin C accumulates in phagocytic cells, such as neutrophils, and can enhance chemotaxis, phagocytosis, generation of reactive oxygen species, and ultimately microbial killing. It is also needed for apoptosis and clearance of the spent neutrophils from sites of infection by macrophages, thereby decreasing necrosis/NETosis and potential tissue damage. The role of vitamin C in lymphocytes is less clear, but it has been shown to enhance differentiation and proliferation of B- and T-cells, likely due to its gene regulating effects. Vitamin C deficiency results in impaired immunity and higher susceptibility to infections. In turn, infections significantly impact on vitamin C levels due to enhanced inflammation and metabolic requirements. Furthermore, supplementation with vitamin C appears to be able to both prevent and treat respiratory and systemic infections. Prophylactic prevention of infection requires dietary vitamin C intakes that provide at least adequate, if not saturating plasma levels (i.e., 100– 200 mg/day), which optimize cell and tissue levels. In contrast, treatment of established infections requires significantly higher (gram) doses of the vitamin to compensate for the increased inflammatory response and metabolic demand. Astragalus
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for thousands of years. It was often combined with other herbs to strengthen the body against disease. Astragaus is called an adaptogen, meaning it helps protect the body against various stresses, including physical, mental, or emotional stress. Astragalus may help protect the body from diseases such as cancer and diabetes. It contains antioxidants, which protect cells against damage. Astragalus is used to protect and support the immune system, preventing colds and upper respiratory infections, lowering blood pressure, treating diabetes, and protecting the liver. Astragalus has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. People sometimes use it on the skin for wound care. In addition, studies have shown that astragalus has antiviral properties and stimulates the immune system, suggesting that it may help prevent colds. In the United States, researchers have looked at astragalus as a possible treatment for people whose immune systems have been weakened by chemotherapy or radiation. In these studies, astragalus supplements seem to help people recover faster and live longer. Research on using astragalus for people with AIDS has produced mixed results. Recent research in China suggests that, because astragalus is an antioxidant, it may help people with severe forms of heart disease, relieving symptoms, lowering cholesterol levels, and improving heart function. At low-to-moderate doses, astragalus has few side effects. However, it does interact with a number of other herbs and prescription medications. Astragalus may also be a mild diuretic, meaning it helps rid the body of excess fluid.
Medicinal Uses and Indications
Astragalus has been used for the following:
-
Adaptogen. Protects the body from stress and disease.
-
Anemia. One early study suggested astragalus may improve blood counts in people with aplastic anemia. The study was poorly designed, so more research is needed.
-
Colds and influenza. In TCM, astragalus is used as part of an herbal combination to prevent or treat colds, although TCM theory holds that, in some cases, it may make colds worse. Evidence in animal and laboratory tests suggests it may act against viruses like the ones that cause colds.
-
Diabetes. Astragalus appears to lower blood sugar. More studies are needed to determine whether it can help treat diabetes.
-
Fatigue or lack of appetite from chemotherapy. Some studies suggest astragalus may help reduce side effects from chemotherapy. The studies have not been well designed, however. More research is needed.
-
Heart disease. Several studies suggest that astragalus may act as an antioxidant and help treat heart disease. Other studies suggest astragalus may help lower cholesterol levels.
-
Hepatitis. A few studies have used a combination of herbs containing astragalus to treat hepatitis. Results have been mixed.
-
Kidney disease. Preliminary research suggests astragalus may help protect the kidneys and may help treat kidney disease. More studies are needed.
-
Seasonal allergies. One study found that astragalus may help reduce symptoms in people who have allergic rhinitis or hayfever.
-
Cancer. Preliminary studies suggest astragalus may have anti-tumor effects, specifically against melanoma and leukemia.

Sambucus Nigra
Inflammation is an important factor involved in the development of many human diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic asthma, allergy, multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, metabolic syndrome, including insulin resistance, dyslipidaemia, and hypertension, as well as some types of cancer. production of proinflammatory cytokines and mediators can lead to cytotoxicity, inflammation, autoimmune disorders and neoplastic changes of the inflamed tissue, suppression of immune response by inhibiting their production constitutes an important target for the treatment of many inflammatory-related diseases. One of the promising candidates with a possible efficacy in the suppression of the inflammatory response could be the fruits of Sambucus nigra L. (European elder, Fam. Caprifoliaceae), in which several immune modulating components have been identified, including anthocyanins, flavonols and phenolic acids in particular. The potential of elderberryderived products to regulate the defence mechanisms both in healthy organisms and in the case of disease has been reported in several studies. (information source)

Larch Decidua
Arabinogalactan is a starch-like chemical that is found in many plants, but it is found in highest concentrations in Larch trees. Larch arabinogalactan is used for medicine. Most of the larch arabinogalactan you will find in stores is produced from Western Larch (Larch occidentalis). However, larch arabinogalactan can also be produced by other larch tree species. Larch arabinogalactan is used for infections, including the common cold, flu, H1N1 (swine) flu, ear infections in children, and HIV/AIDS. It is also used to treat liver cancer, as well as a brain condition caused by liver damage (hepatic encephalopathy). Some people use it to provide dietary fiber, lower cholesterol, and to boost the immune system. In foods, larch arabinogalactan is used as a stabilizer, binder, and sweetener.
How does it work?
Larch arabinogalactan is a fiber that ferments in the intestine. It might increase intestinal bacteria, such as Lactobacillus, and have other effects that could be beneficial to digestive tract health. There is also information that suggests larch arabinogalactan might boost the immune system and help prevent cancer cells in the liver from growing.
USES & EFFECTIVENESS
High cholesterol. Early research shows that taking larch arabinogalactan does not lower total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL or “bad”) cholesterol, other blood fats called triglycerides, body weight, blood pressure, or sugar levels in healthy people. It is not yet known whether larch arabinogalactan improves these outcomes in people with high cholesterol.
Pneumonia. Early research shows that taking a specific larch arabinogalactan product (ResistAid) increases the immune system response to shots (vaccines) used to prevent pneumonia in healthy adults.

Zinc (As Picolinate)
Influenza viruses, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and SARS-COV2 are among the most dangerous respiratory viruses. Zinc is one of the essential micronutrients and is very important in the immune system.
The most interesting findings on the role of zinc in regulating immunity in the respiratory tract and the relationship between zinc and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) are reviewed, as well. Besides, current findings regarding the relationship between zinc and the effectiveness of respiratory viruses’ vaccines are reviewed. The results of reviewed studies have shown that zinc and some zinc-dependent proteins are involved in anti-viral defense and immune regulation in the respiratory tract. It seems that zinc can reduce the viral titer following influenza infection. Zinc may reduce RSV burden in the lungs. Zinc can be effective in reducing the duration of viral pneumonia symptoms. Zinc may enhance the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine in reducing mortality rate in COVID-19 patients. Besides, zinc has a positive effect in preventing ARDS and ventilator-induced lung damage.
